First things first: make sure that Fluffy is eating good, nutritious food. Keeping up with her veterinary care is also crucial. After all, healthy cats are happy cats! Keeping your kitty’s litterbox clean is important as well. No one likes a dirty bathroom!

Kitty Comforts

Also, just keep your kitty’s happiness in mind. Cat towers are wonderful, as they offer your feline pal a scratching post, napping spot, and lookout point. They also help keep kitties active, by encouraging them to jump and climb. Safety

Kitties may be small, but they have a huge capacity for mischief. We strongly recommend keeping your furball indoors, where she is safe from cars, weather, predators, and other hazards. Doing some kittyproofing is also a good idea. Remove or secure anything you don’t want Fluffy playing with. This includes toxic plants, wires and cords, small or sharp objects, medicine, chemicals, and plastic bags or ties.

Love

Fluffy has tried very hard to convince us that she’s a cold, cruel, killer. However, while cats are formidable predators, they’re also quite cuddly. Pay attention to your feline buddy every day! Talk to her, even if she doesn’t talk back. Don’t skimp on those forehead rubs or ear scritches, either.
